As a WebPT Data Analyst, you’ll assist with onboarding and billing system integration activities for our Members. You will be part of a cross-functional team, working with Onboarding Specialists and EMR/Billing Analysts to import data into the WebPT EMR and set up interfaces between the EMR and billing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of a project team, assisting in prioritizing tasks and communicating Member needs to others on the team.
  • Analyze and transform import files supplied by WebPT Members and billing partners using a combination of manual inspection and automated tools.
  • Execute automated import processes, evaluate results, resolve data issues, and transmit files to billing partners.
  • Perform data comparisons between WebPT and various billing systems using a combination of manual inspection and automated tools.
  • Investigate and resolve billing system integration and data-related issues.
  • Respond to support requests from Members and internal teams.
  • Throw business casual to the wind. We want casual-casual. Rock flip flops and jeans. We don’t care, so long as you do good work and enjoy yourself.
  • Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like WebPT—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may occasionally ask you to do a few cartwheels, or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.

Abilities and Knowledge

  • Be comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel and OpenOffice)
  • Have a working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and accessing databases
  • Have experience integrating systems and sharing data.
  • Have background in using ETL tools, especially Mirth Connect and Apache Camel.
  • Have expertise in Perl and Javascript.
  • Be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects.
  • Be cool under pressure. Things can get pretty hectic at times, so we want to make sure you keep calm and carry on through even the most stressful of circumstances.
  • Be creative, confident, and able to express complicated ideas in an articulate, concise manner.
  • Let’s talk culture: energy, integrity, positivity, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for technology and project management.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • 2 Years of experience in field or Associates degree in Computer Systems or Information Systems
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and accessing databases
  • Be comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel and OpenOffice)
