In addition to our standard release, we also have a CRM 2013-compatible solution available. All of the ClickDimensions entities have been fully redesigned to match the new user interface in CRM 2013. We’ve updated the ClickDimensions icons, text, scripting, and other responsive features to be compatible with Microsoft’s new design. When you have upgraded to CRM 2013, let our support team know and we’ll provide you with the 2013 solution to import into your CRM.

4. Customize the social links in your emails for your brand.
Our social sharing feature allows you to insert links into your emails that let your recipients share the email on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. ClickDimensions’ social sharing now supports full branding of shared content in your emails. You can easily substitute your CNAME in

Customers using CRM 2011 or CRM Online can use our auto-update feature to download or initiate an update. If you’ve signed up to have new versions automatically installed, the update should have occurred over the weekend of November 2, but please let us know if your version has not been updated. CRM 4.0 customers can contact our technical support team to request the updated installer. Please include your CRM org name and external URL for verification purposes.
